Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup coconut water 1½ cup ripe mango, in small cubes 4 tbsp black chia seeds 4 tbsp shredded coconut 3 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup 4 drops Young Living Spearmint Vitality or Spearmint+ essential oil 3 drops Young Living Lemon Vitality or Lemon+ essential oil 3 drops Young Living Lime Vitality or Lime+ essential oilInstructions:
